• Handle a discipline case without exposing the employer legally
• Interview and select using a scored grid instead of instinct
• Delegate, follow up and report on your unit

How it's built

We use free open management and human-resources courses from the Open University, Saylor Academy and the ILO, then add the part they leave out: the national labour code you actually work under, and how a discipline or termination file is built so it holds.

What you earn

• Free completion records from the open providers
• An LES Institute certificate covering an assessed objectives set, review conversation and recruitment grid

Requirements

• Secondary school completion
• You supervise, or are about to supervise, at least one person
• A smartphone or laptop
