About the School of Management & Development

We train the people who actually run projects, teams, small businesses, NGO programmes and offices in Central and West Africa — with free global course material, live teaching in your language, and the local layer no international course covers.

How we teach

• One module per week, one assessed piece of real work per module — no passive watching.
• Every example is built on documents an employer, a bank, a donor or an auditor here actually accepts.
• A final project graded on a published five-line grid, with written feedback and a dated certificate.
• We never issue a credential in another institution’s name, and we say plainly what our certificate is and is not.
