Curriculum designed against the Cameroonian BTS Human Resources (GRH) skills and benchmarked with HR practice in France, Canada and the United States. It is an LES programme: it is not presented as the national BTS diploma, which only MINESUP awards after its national examination.

- GRH104 — Financial Accounting I (SYSCOHADA) (3) — The accounting cycle under SYSCOHADA, with the personnel accounts HR works with.
- GRH105 — Business Mathematics (3) — Percentages, proportions and simple interest — the arithmetic behind payroll and HR indicators.
- GRH106 — Introduction to Law (3) — Sources of law in Cameroon, OHADA, contracts and the courts — the ground under labour law.
- GRH107 — Professional Communication (3) — Writing and speaking clearly to employees, managers and administrations.
- GRH108 — Office Software and Collaborative Tools (3) — Word, Excel, email and shared drives used the way an HR office needs them.
