This school does not lead to any clinical licence. LES Institute provides administrative, logistical, data and academic preparation training. We do not train clinicians and we issue no clinical qualification of any kind. To practise as a doctor, nurse or midwife you must attend a government-accredited institution in your country and pass the state examination. There is no online route, here or anywhere.

The non-clinical roles that African health systems actually run on. Data, logistics, administration and preparation — taught online, in your language, with no risk to anyone.

The tracks

• Health Data & DHIS2 — You are comfortable with a computer and spreadsheets, and you want to work with the data that health systems run on: registers, indicators, dashboards and monthly reports. No clinical background needed, and none is given.
• Medical Logistics & Cold Chain — You want to be the person who keeps the vaccines at temperature and the pharmacy in stock. Organised, careful with numbers, happy with routine. Entirely non-clinical: you never touch a patient, and you do not dispense.
• Clinic Administration & Medical Secretary — You want to run the front desk, the records and the billing of a private clinic or a hospital department. You are organised, discreet and good with people. No clinical exposure: you schedule, file and bill; you never treat.
• Community Health Support — You want to work in health promotion and community mobilisation, or to be a strong candidate for an official community health worker (ASC) programme in your country. Read the red line at the top of this page first: this track does not appoint you to anything.
• Concours Preparation — Nursing, Midwifery & Medicine — You intend to sit a competitive entrance exam for a state-accredited nursing, midwifery or medical school in a francophone system, and you want structured revision of the science and the exam format. This is academic preparation. The school you enter — not us — trains you as a clinician.
