Project Coordinator & Technical Project Management

You want to run projects rather than only work on them — for an NGO or donor-funded programme, a construction firm, a telecom operator, an energy project, or a software team. No technical prerequisite. If you've already done one of our technical tracks, this is the natural next step.

Build and read a Gantt chart, and find the critical path
Run a sprint, a stand-up and a Kanban board
Manage a project through a donor logframe and reporting cycle
Use Jira and Trello to a level you can prove, not just claim

How it's built

Coursework is drawn from free, openly licensed sources: the Project DPro Guide from PM4NGOs, Saylor Academy, Scrum.org open materials and Atlassian University. Francophone cohorts also use the free Gestion de projet MOOC from Centrale Lille on FUN-MOOC as the primary French-language spine. We add the sequence, the live teaching, the practical work and the assessment.

4. Tooling	12	Atlassian University Jira Fundamentals — free courses, free assessment, free Credly badge
5. Applied project	13–14	Plan and run a real project end to end, assessed and presented

What you earn
