AI at work — documents, email, reports
Office assistant, secretary, project officer, teacher, administrator — I finish the paperwork in half the time, with fewer mistakes.
Level 1 — no code
You produce documents all day: reports, minutes, letters, tables. You want the machine to take the first draft and the repetitive formatting.
What you'll be able to do
- Draft a report, a set of minutes and a formal letter in French and English from rough notes
- Summarise a long document without losing the decisions and the figures
- Build spreadsheet formulas by describing the problem in words
- Set up a naming and filing system your colleagues can follow
- Run a quality check that catches invented numbers before sending
Modules
- M1 — Drafting with AI — Reports, minutes and letters from rough notes, in both languages.
- M2 — Reading long documents — Summaries that keep the decisions, the dates and the figures.
- M3 — Spreadsheets without fear — Describe the calculation in words and get a formula you understand.
- M4 — Files, names and versions — A filing system a colleague can use when you are away.
- M5 — Quality control — The checklist that goes between AI output and the recipient.
